After lowering the hood, the R180Pro automatically detects a wheel’s dimensions:
- A laser scans a rim’s profile
- A balancing program is automatically selected
- Adhesive weights are positions and memorized
- Wheel spoke quantities are checked and positioned for the proper hidden weight placement
- It allows technicians to switch its readout from ounces to grams easily
Safe, Precise Operation
This tire balancer features an automatic start when the cover is lowered. There is an automatic stop in the external, unbalanced position, an automatic rotation to the internal side, and an automatic stop in the internal, unbalanced position.
Easy Operation
The R180Pro is very easy to learn and use. Interactive prompts guide technicians through every step of the balancing process. There is automatic system storage for distance and diameter measurements, and automatic programs that make running through operational steps a breeze.
Durable & Glovable Touchpad
Linked directly to a standard monitor, this durable touchpad allows for “gloved” input with the convenience of a touch-screen monitor.
