The R5000HD Commercial Truck Alignment System, with a six-CCD sensor system, offers speed and efficiency. The measuring heads transmit infrared information, and the front heads communicate with the control unit via Bluetooth.
Simple to Learn System
The R5000HD is a simple-to-learn system with far less training required than competitor units. The double incometer allows caster adjustment without steering. There are no runout clamps, which enables techs to skip out of any compensation procedures. Special side supports allow for housing and recharging of the measuring head batteries.
Adaptable & Portable
The R5000HD can be used in almost any situation—whether a vehicle is on the floor, above a pit, or on a lift. The portable console can be positioned in any available bay space to maximize your available space while eliminating obstructions.

Patented Tire Clamps
Our patented standard fast tire clamps give you fast run-out and no run-out compensation. They work for tires with diameters from 30” to 50”.

TWSR Sensors
Front heads with an extended drop-down sensor frame are used for bus and truck applications. The front sensors also have LED repeaters, which inform the technician when the adjustment angle is within the specification range.

Impressive Standard Equipment
The R5000HD comes standard with four remote controls, four LED sensors, a quick charger, a control unit with a PC 19” monitor, a keyboard, printer, battery charger, two front and rear measuring heads, and four STDA92 tire clamps.
