Small Footprint
Rotary’s XA12 is designed particularly for shops with smaller bays. It’s the perfect solution for performing alignments when bay space is limited. In fact, this model has the smallest alignment system footprint in the market when paired with the Rotary tower-free aligner. The recommended minimum bay size is 13’ x 28’.
Large Alignment Base Range
The Rotary XA12 has the most extensive four-wheel alignment range under 12,000 lb. capacity. It handles 78” to 164” wheelbase measurements and performs alignments on a broader range of vehicles than competitor lifts.
Open-Front & Rear Runways
Our runways are not connected in the front or the rear. This open design eliminates cross-beam obstruction, providing easier access for under-vehicle repairs and adjustments.
Moveable Radius Guages
Filler plates can be easily moved to adjust the position of the radius gauge. This allows you to quickly and easily configure runways for short and long wheelbases, accommodating a wide range of four-wheel alignments.
Hinged Ramp with Ramp Chock
Rotary’s hinged ramps drop down when the lift is raised. This important feature eliminates any obstruction of floor-mounted ramps, increasing floor space when the lift is up. These hinged ramps also make the lift faster and safer for technicians.

Open Access From Front to Rear
The scissor lift design offers open access from the front to the rear. With no obstructions, your technician has greater access to the vehicle’s adjustment points for alignments and other repairs.

The optional LED lighting system, positioned on the inner side of the lift’s runways, illuminates the vehicle's undercarriage, giving your technicians all the light they need in an otherwise dark workspace.
