We’re working on a repository to access all manuals electronically, but until that’s set up, we simply ask that you contact us and provide the brand and model number of the equipment you have. Registering your product protects you and the equipment in the event a warranty claim is needed. Your installer will have information on the option of purchasing an extended warranty as well. All serialized and capital equipment from Dover Corporation’s Vehicle Service’s Group (VSG) is warranted to the original owner. The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account. This date can be adjusted by submitting the Warranty Activation Form indicating the installation date or by proof of purchase.
