Wheel Service Equipment

Installation

All of our Wheel Service Balancers have the industry-standard 40mm shaft. If you have older equipment with a 40mm shaft, any of its aftermarket accessories will work with ours.
No. Thanks to the Bluetooth technology used for camera-to-console communication, you can use our wire-free console off to the side of the work bay.
Absolutely! We offer equipment setup and training on all serialized Rotary Wheel Service Equipment. Our training prepares your technicians to operate Rotary equipment; it does not cover balancing wheels, changing tires, or aligning vehicles.
Properly adjusting the positioning screw on swing-arm tire changers will significantly reduce the chances of damaging wheels. The mount/demount tool should be roughly 1/8″ off of the wheel. Using the swing arm adjustment screw will ensure that the tool head does not move back in, introducing potential damage.
For optimal performance, it is essential to apply tire paste to your tire changer when demounting a tire (even if it is going in the trash) and when mounting a new tire. Applying tire paste will significantly reduce the risk of damaging/tearing the tire bead.
  • Never assume the TPMS is safe on any tire changer; always properly position the mount/demount head before proceeding.
  • Always avoid metal-to-metal contact on all tire changers when changing a tire, and always use a proper tool head.
  • Always use the proper lube amount when mounting and demounting a tire on all tire changer models.
  • Always properly maintain the filter, regulator, and lubricator to achieve optimal machine performance.
  • For tabletop tire changers, never leave tools or accessories under the table. Doing so can cause damage to the rotating distributor and airlines when the table spins.
  • On tabletop tire changers, avoid using jaw-teeth clamps to secure alloy wheels internally; this will damage the rim.

Orders & Shipping

Absolutely! We maintain a large inventory of Wheel Service products in Madison, Indiana. If you are interested in a particular product or Rotary QuickShip, please explore our product pages or contact your local distributor for additional information.

You can purchase vehicle specification updates through your local service center or distributor. Once purchased, you can download the specifications onto your alignment machine.

It is essential to shut down your alignment software properly. The correct method is to close the alignment software by pressing the F1 or (RED) key on the software’s home screen. Once the software shuts the unit down, it is safe to turn the power switch to the off position. *Note: your battery charging station will still charge with the unit’s switch in the off (“O") position.
