ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

LIGHT DUTY LIFT ORDERS:
Standard Products:
- TWO-POST, FOUR-POST (UNDER 18K CAP.), LOW-RISE, SCISSOR, ALIGNMENT AND MOBILE COLUMNS:
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders within 14 calendar days of the requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
- SMARTLIFT®:
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders within 20 calendar days of the requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
- FOUR-POST (AT OR OVER 18K CAP.)
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders within 35 calendar days of the requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
Non-standard Products:
- Orders may be cancelled or changed, without penalty, within three business days of the order data
- Orders cancelled or changed after three business of the order date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
- Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun. The buyer is responsible for the full amount to the seller
WHEEL SERVICE ORDERS:
Non-standard Products: (those with additional engineering design time, special tooling, additional labor, etc.)
- Orders may be cancelled or changed, without penalty, within three business days of the order date
- Orders cancelled or changed after three business days of the order date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
- Orders may not be cancelled after production has begun. The buyer is responsible for the full amount to the seller
- Orders for special order pieces of equipment may not be cancelled. The buyer is responsible for the full amount to the seller
HEAVY-DUTY LIFT ORDERS:
Standard Products:
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders within 35 calendar days of the requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders exceeding $250,000 (invoice total) within 50 calendar days of requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
Non-standard Products:
- Orders may be cancelled or changed, without penalty, within three business days of the order date
- Requests to change, cancel or reschedule after three business days of the order date will be denied. The buyer is responsible for the full amount to the seller, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller.
QUICKSHIP ORDERS:
- All Quickship orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order entry.
Please note:
- Orders in credit or engineering hold status will NOT enter the production schedule until holds are released.
- WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS are not counted as business days
COLLISION EQUIPMENT ORDERS:
Frame Racks, Measuring Systems, Fixturing and Holding Equipment
- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders within 14 calendar days of requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
Welders and Accessories:
- Orders may be cancelled or changed without penalty for three business days from the order date
- Orders cancelled or changed after three business days from order placement will be charged 20% of the order total
Non-standard or Special-Order Products:
- Orders may be cancelled or changed without penalty for three business days from the order date
- Requests to change, cancel or reschedule after three days will be denied

- Requests to cancel, change or reschedule orders exceeding $250,000 (invoice total) within 50 calendar days of requested ship date are subject to a 20% charge of the order total
