The new Rivet Gun PNP90 and Fume Extractor will help you round out your lineup of repair tools with the same quality you’ve come to expect from Chief.

Fume Extractor
Welding fumes can be dangerous business. When metals are heated past their boiling points – as they are when welded – hazardous particulates enter the air, and they could be bad news for your technicians. That’s why our Fume Extractor is an important addition to your body shop repair tools. It sucks up and filters out those particles right at the source, making for a much safer working environment.

The bell mouth extraction hood and powerful suction (875 cubic feet of air per minute) works to pull those fumes into the machine. Plus, the adjustable arm with wire-reinforced UL flame-rated flexible ducts is sturdy, easy to adjust, and stays in place.

Inside, the ProTure® Nanofiber filter cartridges mean efficient filtering, fewer replacements and cleaner air. These filters have a MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) of 15 (on a scale of 1 to 16), so you know it will capture more of those airborne particles. On top of that, changing out the filter is as simple as opening the “Quick Seal” release door and switching it. With its highly effective filter and design, our Fume Extractor is just what you need to keep your employees breathing easy when welding new metals.

Rivet Gun PNP90
Built to handle all the common riveting jobs you’ll come across in vehicle body repair, this gun is easy to operate and well-built. The PNP90 is a pneumatic-hydraulic system calibrated especially for cold-riveting operations on thin sheet metal structures, making it ideal for tasks like:

• Riveting
• Punching
• Pressing out
• Calibrating

The lightweight design means it’s easy to handle, and operation is simple. It’s also highly efficient with a pressure ratio of 100:1 – meaning an input air pressure of 87 psi (6 bars) results in a hydraulic output pressure of 8702 psi (600 bars). And when the final pressure is reached, the pump stops automatically to keep the pressure constant, offering you precise control over the riveting task. The full kit includes a:

• Rivet clamp
• Hydraulic gun
• Pressure intensifier
• Sturdy case
• Riveting tool kit, complete with punch and extraction mandrels, spacing adaptor, mounting tools and more
