Multi-Cutter MC40 Plasma Cutter
This plasma cutting system uses extremely high temperatures, which are generated through an electric arc between the electrode and workpiece and the addition of air through the burner’s nozzle opening. The extremely high intensity of the arc, in conjunction with the compressed-air stream, generates a plasma jet that melts and removes metal.

The MC40 features advanced cutting precision, particularly on high-strength steel and through rust or paint. It is the only efficient cutting method for BORON body parts, with precise cutting capabilities even on thin panels. The MC40 is also excellent when working with double layers, cutting through one layer without penetrating the lower one.
Integrated Filter
The integrated filter prevents failures caused by the arc and the high-frequency generator.
Electro-Pneumatic Ignition
A fully electronic high-frequency generator provides excellent ignition.
