MULTISPOT M25AL Aluminum Welder
The M25AL is a high-output power stud welder for aluminum, mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and brass surfaces. It can weld up to 6mm diameter stud bolts on clean, bare (unpainted) aluminum surfaces. The welder comes complete with a stud gun and 2-clamp ground cables.

Oxidation Break-Through Technology
The Multispot® M25AL Aluminum Welder can use a capacitor discharge technology to deliver a very high current density (thousands of amps) for a very brief moment (a few milliseconds) to break through surface oxidation (not fully oxidized metal) and insulation without damaging the sheet metal below.
Stud Bolt Pro (6mm)
It can weld up to 6mm diameter stud bolts on clean, bare aluminum, mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and brass surfaces. It comes complete with a stud gun and two-clamp ground cables.
Robust Two-Capacitor Design
The two-capacitor design is faster, provides more consistent weld, and delivers higher output energy at lower input power.
