Switch between torches and materials faster and easier with the MULTIMIG 525’s triple-torch support and Quick-Switch functionality. Simply lift the torch you’d like to use, hold the trigger, and the welder automatically opens that torch’s last-used welding program and settings, and you’re ready to go. It’s that easy!

The MULTIMIG 525 includes three standard MIG torches but is also compatible with CHIEF’s Push-Pull Torch.

75+ Advanced Welding Programs

The MULTIMIG 525’s 75+ solid, stainless steel and aluminum welding programs make it suitable for welding and brazing galvanized sheet metal, high-strength steel, and flux-cored alloys.

Unlock advanced, adjustable functions through the MULTIMIG 525’s user-friendly operations panel, enabling technicians to control everything from arc length and inductance to automatic hot start and crater filler.

Technicians can enjoy advanced power source functionality with the following settings: Arc Length, 2/4 Strokes, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start, and more. They can also utilize Three Levels, Automatic Hot Start, and Automatic Crater Filler for optimal aluminum welding.

Pulse & Double Pulse as Standard

With advanced pulse and double pulse functionality, your shop can utilize synergic curves dedicated to solid, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and CuSi3 while producing a TIG-like bead. These incredible features are standard in the MULTIMIG 525.

Versatile Wire & Torch Compatibility

The MULTIMIG 525 features four roller wire feed units (Ø 30 mm) with three separate wire-feed motors. This allows technicians to work with three different coils (Ø 200mm) and two torch types (Standard MIG & Push-Pull) while loaded with different wires.

Thanks to its simple, dial-button-controlled LCD display, this user-friendly welder allows you to easily navigate and adjust the settings and functionality.
