R1200 Leverless Pro Tire Changer
Rotary’s leverless dual bead-breaker changer provides your shop with a tire-changing powerhouse, keeping the most difficult-to-change wheels safe from damage. This changer has chain synchronized bead breaker arm(s) with power-assisted positioning. The mount/demount tool, upper and lower rollers easily index together with the same single control.

Synchronized Leverless Operation
One simple setting synchronizes the operation of the Changer. Position and lock in the top Bead Roller. One control moves all 3 tool heads – saves time and increases accuracy because all 3 tool heads move together. You don’t have to worry about seeing the bottom roller. Easily postion dual bead-breaking rollers.
Dual Bead Rollers
Upper and lower bead rollers allow the technicain to safely loosen the tire bead from the rim. Can also be used to hold the tire during match-mounting to the rim. This tire changer outperforms models with just single bead rollers and is our only machine that allows match mounting. There’s no metal-to-metal contact with our patented leverless mount / demount tool. Demount and mount the most challenging tire and wheel combinations.
Variable Speed Motor
Our variable speed drive motor monitors allow rotation speed of 0-15 rpm and controls torque based on rotational speed. Our Exclusive inverter regulates rotational speed and slows as the stress on the bead increases, avoiding any damage to the tire. This tire changer has customizable speed control, which gives more control while mounting and demounting, limiting the risk of tire or rim damage.
Integrated Wheel Lift
Our design features an integrated wheel lift to assist the technicain in lifting heavy wheel assemblies onto the tire changer. This approach is safer to use for techs of all ages, shapes and sizes. This product puts ergonomics as a top priority, as it should be to assure techs stay healthy, on the job, and productive.
Quick-Lock Tire Clamping
Our patented quick-lock tire clamping system quickly secures the tire assembly to the changer. This feature saves time during set up and reduces the risk of wheel damage.
3-Position Pedestal
Our telescoping center-locking pedestal increases tire/rim width to service expensive, custom, high-performance and reverse-mount wheels. This ergonomically-friendly design allows for a customizable working height and can service a wide range of wheels.
