Self-Calibration & Diagnostics

The R544Plus has a microprocessor for self-calibration and diagnostics. One single low rotation spin provides a readout of out-of-balance values and gives the related position on the wheel. The operator enters the wheel diameter and width automatically with the gauge.

Auto Lock-In Position

The R544Plus features an automatic stop in the external, unbalanced position, automatic rotation to the internal side, and an automatic stop in the internal, unbalanced position.

3D Automatic Data Input

The R544-Plus features a digital caliper with an optical sensor and an alloy shaft with sliding bushings. It also has integrated LED lights with a laser and a GAR 266T width sensor.
