Featuring 25,000-pound capacity pistons configured to lift 50,000 lbs. (HDI225) or 75,000 lbs. (HDI325), the HDI Series Lifts are engineered to serve the needs of your fleet service repair shop.

Concrete Containment System
Designed and installed in its own concrete containment system, the HDI225/325 can be used with a shop’s existing concrete vault, reducing installation costs significantly – saving up to 33% compared to traditional lift installs*

In-Pit Power Unit
Located in the pit, Rotary’s HDI Series Lifts’ power units are less obstructive, allowing for more workspace and a quieter work environment.
Automatic Lifting Equalization
Engineered to protect your techs and vehicles, Rotary’s HDI Series lifts eliminate the risk of out-of-level vehicles falling thanks to their built-in standard potentiometer, which automatically shuts off the lifts when out of level by 3” or more.
Universal Saddles & Adapters
Rotary offers one of the industry’s largest adapter and insert markets, with specialized saddle designs to meet the variety of challenges heavy duty shops face each day.
Optional Wired Pendant Control
Rotary’s patented Joystick-Equipped Pendant Control keeps techs safe and in control. It enables them to operate all the lift’s features away from the console, providing increased visibility and vehicle lifting safety.
