The one lift to service them all. The industry’s best-selling asymmetric two-post lift features Rotary’s All-Vehicle AV Arms™, so one 10,000 lb. lift handles EVs, exotics, trucks and unibody cars and SUVs within rated capacity. AV Arms deliver one of the lowest adapter heights in the industry and a wide pickup range for fast, accurate spotting. Rotary’s Double “S” Columns add strength and a compact profile for better vehicle access. Upgrade to Shockwave™ for lifting speeds twice as fast as standard powered lifts, plus installation savings from its 110-volt DC power system.
Lift anything, anywhere in the shop. FLEXMAX wireless mobile columns give heavy-duty and fleet shops the freedom to lift buses, trucks and fleet vehicles without a dedicated bay. Run the lift from the RedFire™ remote control or from the controls on any column, and scale up with configurations of two to eight columns. Choose 14,000 lbs. or 18,800 lbs. capacity per column, and work with confidence thanks to LockLight™ Technology, which glows green when the mechanical locks are engaged.
More alignment capability, less floor space. The 14,000 lb. XA14 is over 34% narrower than a standard four-post lift, with an open-through design and a maximum wheelbase of 193 inches. Install it on the surface or recessed in the floor, and pair it with Rotary Towerless Aligners to turn nearly any bay into an alignment bay.
Familiar tower alignment, modern speed. The R1075 pairs the comfort of a traditional tower aligner with auto-adjusting cameras that follow the vehicle as the lift moves, so techs spend less time at the console. It works with all modern alignment lifts, and its targets have no electrical components, which means zero target maintenance. Connect it to shop Wi-Fi to print or email alignment reports, and add the optional cordless VIN scanner to skip manual lookups.
No lifting. No levers. No sweat. The R1250 is Rotary’s most advanced tire changer, built to protect premium wheels and technicians alike. A front-loading pneumatic wheel lift takes the strain out of heavy assemblies, while laser-guided automatic tool positioning and dual bead rollers speed every mount and demount. Rotary’s patented polymer tool head means no metal-to-rim contact, and auto-indentation releases the rollers when it senses a direction change to help prevent wheel damage.
Next-level balancing, built for speed. The new R160 3D Wheel Balancer uses sonar plus distance and diameter gauges to automatically measure the size, depth and width of each wheel assembly. Laser-guided weight placement and hidden-weight programming deliver precise balances that look clean, too. A 22” monitor with a reimagined interface and onscreen graphics guides technicians through every step. It handles 10” to 30” rims, tires up to 44” in diameter and assemblies up to 176 lbs., making it an ideal partner for the R200 or R1250 in a complete wheel service bay.
See the damage the eye can’t. Chief’s Meridian is a complete vehicle blueprinting package. Its GALILEO™ laser scanner delivers real-time, 360° measurements before, during and after the repair, so you can confirm OEM specifications while you pull, not after. Power for today’s high-strength steels. The three-phase MI300T delivers up to 14,500 A with 1,236 lbs. of pressure at the welding tips, one of the highest clamping pressures on the market and enough to meet most OEM requirements. Auto Mode recognizes steel type and thickness, and the remote-controlled clamp handles adjustments right at the weld. It’s the only spot welder with an electrically motorized boom as standard equipment, making operation safer and faster.
You don’t have to be an expert welder. The MULTIMIG 525 is a triple-torch, synergic single-phase inverter with 75+ welding programs for steel, stainless, aluminum and silicon bronze, plus double-pulse technology. Quick-Switch makes changing jobs effortless: lift a torch, pull the trigger, and the welder loads that torch’s last-used program. It’s also compatible with Chief’s push-pull torch.
Built for today’s repairs. The PHOENIX frame rack gives collision shops the size, capacity and flexibility to repair today’s cars, trucks and EV’s. A 12,000 lbs. lifting system and 22′ dock handle everything from compact cars to large delivery vans, while a variable-height deck, in-deck quick connectors and handheld pendant control make every pull faster and easier. Add Chief’s Phoenix Rolling Jacks for safer, more flexible lifting right on the rack.

Turn one parking spot into two. The ALI Gold Certified Pro Park 8 Plus is an 8,000 lb. four-post lift that’s higher, longer and wider than our Pro Park 8 Standard, making room for bigger vehicles above and below. It runs on a standard 115-volt plug, and 20” wide runways accommodate wider vehicles. The exclusive Lock Ladder System keeps runways level at every height, even on uneven floors, while multiple locking positions let you store vehicles at the height that fits your ceiling.
Every Pro Park 8 Plus includes four drip trays, a bottle jack tray and a poly caster kit. Add the Pro Jack 4000 sliding bridge jack or Pro Floor 8 panels to turn your lift into a service bay and storage deck.

Built for high-volume tire work. The R146 is a high-performance swing-arm tire changer made for busy tire centers. A 110-volt drive motor delivers up to 885 ft.-lbs. of torque to the chuck, while a gearbox supported by steel plates resists flex. The turntable clamps wheels from 10″ to 26″ externally and 12″ to 28.5″ internally. A double-acting side bead breaker and plastic mount/demount head help protect wheels. The R146RP adds an air-driven helper arm to make quick work of large and low-profile tires.
Stand up to work, then ride. The Pro Cycle DT is a portable, air-operated 1,000 lb. lift for motorcycles, ATVs and golf carts. Two optional removable 12” side extensions create a 48” wide deck, and the detachable 19.5” rear droptail panel opens up full access to wheels and tires. Foot-pedal control, an adjustable front wheel vise, five locking positions and a 33” maximum rise make service comfortable. A wheeled dolly lets you roll it wherever you want to work.

Its 2-stage arms spot vehicles symmetrically or asymmetrically, and the clear-floor design keeps your workspace open. Reach a 75 1/2” maximum rise with the included adapter extensions and full rise in 45 seconds, backed by a single-point lock release, self-setting locks and a padded shut-off bar. Plan for a 12’ ceiling and 220-volt power.
